Note: The AMP Annealing Machine does not come with the required pilots included. Please purchase the pilots separately here. It also requires a standard shellholder for your calibre.
When sizing a fired case, pulling the expander button through the case can present a problem because residual deposits left from firing can create friction when the expander is withdrawn. In a worst case scenario, that friction can cause distortion or stretching of the case neck. Properly lubricating the inside diameter of your case necks is the answer, but oils are not recommended because of the possibility of gunpowder contamination. The Forster Case Graphiter is constructed of tough, impact resistant plastic and the base is drilled to permit permanent mounting to a loading bench. Three brushes are mounted in the base. They accommodate all calibers from .22 to .35. The Case Graphiter is supplied with adequate white “motor mica” to process 2000-3000 cases. By moving the case neck up and down on the correct graphite-covered brush, the I.D. of the neck can be cleaned and lubricated at the same time. A cover is included to prevent dust and grit from contaminating the graphite (motor mica).
$72.00The KM Shooting Controlled Depth Tapered Reamer is a superb case mouth chamfering tool that provides improved depth stop fingers and a much needed set screw adjustment for precise cutter depth control. It incorporate a great cutter selection that uses a 4 degree taper per side that yields the finest case mouth chamfer for bullet seating for the competitive benchrest shooter and the demanding sportsman alike.
$75.00Lyman's VLD Carbide Chamfer/ Reamer eliminates damage to bullets caused by the sharp edges of the cartridge case neck. The improved carbide version extends the useful life of the cutting edge, keeping it sharper for longer.
The Lyman VLD (Very Low Drag) Chamfer and Deburring Tool quickly and easily bevels and removes burrs from the inside of the case mouth. Standard reamers chamfer with a sharp 45 degree angle which occasionally can damage bullets due to the sharp case mouth. This tool is precision machined and hardened with a 22-degree angle cutter allowing bullets to slide in without deforming bullets or case mouths.
Fits: 22 to 45 caliber cases
Function: Designed to apply a chamfer for VLD bullets on the inside of case necks
Notes: The 22-degree angle cutter bevels inside the mouth of the case allowing the bullets to slide in without it deforming.
The RCBS Case Neck Brush is designed to help reloaders clean dirt and powder residue from the inside of case necks while at the same time applying lubrication to ease the amount of force required during case neck expansion during the resizing process.

$165.00The RCBS® Hand Case Neck Turner is designed to peel brass from the outside of a case neck to a consistent thickness, which is important because most commercially available brass has variances in neck thickness. This leads to case neck concentricity and bullet run-out issues. Truing up the case neck produces more consistent and accurate hand loaded ammunition. The cutter portion uses caliber specific pilot/mandrels (sold separately) to guide the case neck. The cutter design can zero the cutter to the pilot/mandrel and then use the micrometer adjustment to dial the desired case neck thickness in .0005-inch increments. The cutter can also be set for right or left handed use.
The Redding Case Neck Concentricity Gage is a great tool for reloaders to use to sort their brass by thickness and uniformity of case necks. Many of today's top competitive target shooters measure and sort their brass for consistency and uniformity trying to get everything with their ammunition to be the exact same. Taking the time to do this not only helps to reduce any variations but it also gives the shooter the piece of mind to know that their reloaded ammunition is the best it can be.
